I'm also having this issue but out of the four admins I'm the only one. I have refreshed design replace design un installed Notes and only kept my id. I don't think that it is the mail file because if I open someone elses mail file and forward the samething happens but not for them. Running 6.0.3 on Win 2k and 6.0.3 on XP and it works.
